Despite the downpour rain in the past few months, the external façade installation of Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok at Chao Phraya River has progressed to level 65 which went according to plan. The installation is expected to be completed in the next quarter. The interior design works in the Reception Lobby, River Lounge, and Amenities Deck is expected to be completed in Q4/2018.

The construction of Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River has reached the 13^th floor, whilst the external façade installation has progressed to level 4. Currently, the team is commencing interior works for guestroom and the public area with all the main equipment already on site.

Meanwhile, Capella Bangkok has successfully completed architectural work, interior guestroom and public area works is moving forward smoothly according to plan and will be ready to open in Q4/2018. With the completion of Four Seasons Private Residences and Capella Bangkok, Chao Phraya Estate will be the spectacular site by the end of the year.
