In addition to being the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Country Group Development, Dr. Koompirochana holds a position at the Commissioner of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC), and serves as Honourary Advisor for the British Chamber of Commerce Thailand (BBCT).

Prior to being Chairman of Country Group Development he has held diplomatic positions as the Ambassador of Thailand to the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, Italy, New Zealand, Malaysia and Singapore, and has been awarded with numerous decorations which include the Chakrabarti Mala Medal, and the Maha Paramabhorn (Special Grand Cordon) of the Most Exalted Order of the White Elephant.

Dr. Koompirochana holds a Doctorate in History of International Relations from Michigan State University, USA and a Doctorate in Humanities from the Schiller International University, accredited by the Thai Institute of Directors Association in 2007 with the Director Accreditation and Anti – Corruption Executive Program and has received a certificate for High Level Management program from the Capital Market Academy.

He currently serves as Director of the Board of Bangchak Petroleum PCL. and is the Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Oishi Group PCL.

Pol. Gen Wongsuwan is an honourary member and holds Juristic positions for the National Legislative Assembly of Thailand. As Commander in Chief of the National Royal Thai Police, he is a highly respected senior official who has received multiple awards and regal honours including; the prestigious Exalted Order of the White Elephant and The Most Noble Order of the Crown of Thailand.

Pol. Gen Wongsuwan holds a Master’s Degree of Arts in Social Development from Kasetsart University and is a graduate of the Royal Police Cadet Academy, Armed Forces Academy Preparatory School and has completed diplomas from the National Defense College, The State Private Sector and Political Sectors.

Mr. Taechaubol received his Masters of Business Administration from Sasin Graduate School of Management and holds a Bachelor’s in Law and Commerce from the University of New South Wales (honours).

A highly decorated officer in the Royal Thai Air Force; Air Chief Marshal Lavanmal is a widely-renowned officer who served in the military for over 35 years, in which he held position as Deputy Commander in Chief since 2012.

He lead the department of the Air Force Maintenance in the logistical and operational areas within the Royal Thai Air Force and has attained diplomatic ranks as an attaché to foreign countries. In addition, Mr. Lavanmal is a senator at the Thai National Legislative Assembly and has been awarded with the medallion of The Most Exalted Order of the White Elephant as well as The Most Noble Order of the Crown of Thailand.

Air Chief Marshal Lavanmal received his Masters of Business Administration from National Institute of Development Administration.

Mr. Shueh is an experienced veteran in the property industry with significant expertise in property, engineering and accounting management. In addition to serving as Independent Director and member of Country Group Development’s Audit Committee, he is presently Deputy Managing Director of Marjinal Company Limited.

Mr. Shueh holds a Masters of Business Administration from Chulalongkorn University, a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The Cooper Union, USA and is a graduate from the Director Certification Program in 2009 at the Institute of Directors Association.

Before joining CGD, he has held positions in financial institutions ranging from Vice President of Global Investment & Risk Technology at the Bank of New York, Lehman Brothers and Deutsche Bank (Bankers Trust).

Presently serving as Director at Prudential Life Assurance (Thailand) PCL., and Director of Thanachart Life. Mr. Atthakor is widely known for previously being a respectable senior adviser to the government constitution drafting assembly arm, where he lead in comprehensive consulting on national constitution projects.

In addition, he serves as Vice Chairman of the Professor Bunchana – Thanphuying Sae Atthakor Foundation for Education and Research and was previously the Chairman at Echo 360 Co., Ltd.

After receiving his MBA from Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration and his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from the University of Sussex, UK, Mr. Atthakor earned a degree from the Director Certification Program in 2009 at the Thai Institute of Directors Association.

Pol. Gen. Chuenpagdee is an Independent Non-Executive Director, who joined Country Group Development’s Board of Directors in 2009. He was appointed a member of the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee soon thereafter.

A well-respected veteran in The Royal Thai Police; he served as Deputy Commissioner at the Commissioner of Provincial Police Region 4.

Pol. Gen. Werapong Chuenpagdee received his Masters of Public Administration from Chulalongkorn University, and holds his second Master’s Degree from the National Institute of Development Administration. In addition, he graduated from the Director Accreditation Program, Director Certification Program, Audit Committee Program, Role of the Compensation Committee and Financial Statements for Directors at the Thai Institute of Directors Association.

Pol. Gen. Werapong Chuenpagdee presently serves as Director at Country Group Holdings PCL., Thai Hua Rubber PCL., Foo Sin Mining Industry Co., Ltd., as well as being Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Sing Sian Yer Pao Co., Ltd

Pol. Maj. Gen Ittisarnronnachai has served over 8 years within the Royal Thai Police where he is presently Commander of Nakhon Pathom Provincial Police.

He is an influential figure within the Thai Police Force having served as Commander of General Staff Division at the Office of Logistics at the Thai Police Force and has held a key position as Deputy Commander at the Immigration Bureau.

Pol. Maj. Gen. Ittisarnronnachai received his Masters of Public Administration from Kentucky State University, USA, and his Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the Royal Police Cadet Academy (Nor Lor Tor. 43).

He has completed several advanced certificate courses involving politics and governance in the democratic systems for executives (Por Por Ror. 13) including King Prajadhipok’s Institute Supervisory Criminal Investigation Course from the International Law Enforcement Academy in the United States.

Known among Asia’s real estate industry for her professionalism and entrepreneurship, Ms. Tjia is Singapore’s leading businesswomen who is presently Founder and CEO of The Great Room Offices; a key player in the emerging office support service for increasingly mobile and fast-growing new economy businesses.

With an MBA from London’s Imperial College, and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from University College London, she has had held positions in business strategy practices as well as Merging and Acquisitions at Credit Suisse and Citigroup (Singapore), with expertise involving new business development and investments in emerging Asian markets, particularly greater China and South East Asia.

Mr. Ponghathaikul is a veteran investor in Thailand’s capital markets across various sectors and industries.

He brings numerous years of expertise in his role as Director on the Board of Country Group Development and is widely sought after for his knowledge and experience in global market forces, financial and political developments and its relation to corporate strategy.

Mr. Ponghathaikul received his Bachelor in Business Administration from Bangkok University, and was accredited with the Director Accreditation Program in 2011 by the Thai Institute of Directors Association.
