Structural works for Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok has completed; the Private Residences celebrated a monumental milestone with the topping-off ceremony on 8 February 2018. Meanwhile, external fa็ade installations have progressed to level 53 and architectural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works are ongoing at level 64.
 
Concurrently, structural works for the 300-keyed Four Seasons Hotel has reached 10th floor, with structural mechanics and interior design work well underway. Meanwhile, Capella Bangkok has successfully completed structural works and is currently commencing interior guest room work, where the 101 all-suite hotel is geared to open in Q4/2018. All three entities of Chao Phraya Estate moving forward smoothly, and on schedule according to targeted plans.
