To expand its presence, Country Group Development marked the official debut of Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok at Chao Phraya River in Shanghai, the “showpiece” city in the booming economy of Mainland China.

Hosted at the Grand Ballroom of Four Seasons Hotel Pudong at Shanghai, the launch event was graced with guest of honour from the Royal Thai Embassy in Beijing – His Excellency, Mr. Piriya Khempon, Ambassador of Thailand to the People’s Republic of China, who spoke about the importance of Chao Phraya Estate to Thailand’s hospitality industry, as well as, the positive impact it has had on the alliance between Thailand and China, another exemplary relationship between nations that will further strengthen economic and business ties between the two countries.

This occasion not only provided a chance to showcase Bangkok’s most exceptional luxury residential development, it was also an earnest acknowledgement of Country Group Development’s partnership with the highly respected Chinese enterprise, Beijing Construction Engineering Group (BCEG). The agreement with BCEG represents one of the most significant joint venture partnerships between a Thai and Chinese conglomerate in the real estate sector.

Another important Chinese corporation that has been central to Country Group Development’s on-going success in developing the landmark luxury mixed-use estate is China Ping An Bank. The financial powerhouse is financing Chao Phraya Estate to ensure the the timely execution of the project to the highest specification.
